There is no site-wide MOQ; minimums are calculated per project. Batch size depends on dosage form (softgels, tablets, powders, gummies), formula maturity, packaging and raw-material purchase minima. Include format, unit fill and expected volume in your enquiry so we can quote that project's MOQ.

There is no fixed lead time. Sampling and mass production are two stages, both governed by written gold-sample sign-off and the contract schedule. Mature formulas can be sampled once materials arrive; new formulas need extra time for adjustment and stability checks. Share your target launch date so we can plan backwards.

Start with the system descriptions, certificate images and verification links on the R&D and Quality page, then confirm scope, validity and documents for your project. Facility registration, manufacturing conditions and product approval have different legal scopes and are not interchangeable.

Send six items: 1. contact name and company; 2. contact details; 3. target market; 4. dosage format; 5. expected volume; 6. technical or packaging needs. Attach formula specs or artwork if you have them so feasibility can be assessed on the first pass.

No. Ingredient lists, limits and labelling rules differ by market. Name the destination (for example Mainland China, Southeast Asia or Europe) at kick-off so formula compliance and each party's filing, testing and customs documents can be scoped.
