Factory and capacity overview
ATXA was founded in 2017 and began production in 2018 at Building 4, Jinshan Industrial Park, Panyu, Guangzhou. The factory runs softgel and solid-dosage workshops built to Class 10,000 cleanroom construction standards and certified for Class 100,000 use. Listed capacity is 50 million softgels a month, 500,000 tablets a day, 280,000 probiotic stick packs a day and 15,000-20,000 canned powders a day; scheduling is assessed project by project.
Production follows a cleanroom flow of gowning, clean corridor, processing, drying, inspection and packaging, with systematic quality management from incoming materials and in-process monitoring to finished-product release. Project schedules are agreed in writing once the proposal is confirmed.
