Client trademarks, proprietary formulations, and brand specifications remain the client's sole property. ATXA treats all project disclosures as confidential trade secrets and executes bilateral Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) on request before technical exchange.
5. Manufacturing Standards & Compliance Principles
ATXA conducts contract manufacturing in strict compliance with cleanroom GMP standards, national food safety regulations, and certified ISO 9001, ISO 22000, and HACCP quality management systems.
Lot testing, release criteria, and any certificates of analysis (COA) are provided as specified in the written manufacturing contract.
6. Disclaimers & Modifications
While ATXA endeavors to keep website content accurate and up to date, we are not liable for temporary service interruptions or communication delays resulting from network failures, server maintenance, or force majeure events.
