2. Purpose of Processing
Collected details are utilized exclusively to evaluate manufacturing feasibility, calculate minimum order quantities (MOQs) and cost estimates, arrange sample testing and dispatch, and follow up on commercial cooperation.
ATXA never sells, leases, trades, or discloses client commercial information or contact records to unauthorized third parties without prior explicit authorization.
3. Commercial Confidentiality & Formula Protection
Client-provided proprietary formulations, ingredient parameters, packaging artwork concepts, and commercial contract terms are treated as strictly confidential trade secrets. We maintain physical, technical, and administrative controls to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure.
Prior to exchanging technical specifications, bilateral legally binding Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) are executed upon request.
